Plans We Accept

We do everything we can to make insurance matters as easy and stress-free as possible for our patients. While most hair restoration and aesthetics services are not covered by insurance, we do accept the insurance plans of most major carriers for medical and surgical dermatology. In order to confirm that we accept your specific plan, please give us a call. Our front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and happy to assist you!

We realize that understanding your insurance policy can be very challenging. While we recommend contacting your insurance carrier for any specific questions, we are also happy to assist you in any way that we can. Please remember that if you have an HMO insurance policy, you may be required to obtain a referral from your primary care physician prior to seeing any specialist physician.

Preventive dermatology screenings are covered by most insurance plans. In order to protect your skin from cancer or detect it early, we highly recommend that all patients receive an annual skin cancer screening. During your annual exam, we will also instruct you on how to conduct self-exams throughout the year and educate you on when you should contact us for additional intervention.

Just A Few Friendly Reminders

A positive patient experience is always top priority for us. In order to ensure that our practice runs smoothly and that we are able to offer every person we serve the highest quality of care possible, we kindly request that our patients be mindful of the following office policies...

For new patients, we ask that you arrive at least 15 – 20 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete all paperwork. No time to be here early? You may also download and complete all patient forms prior to appointment day! If you are running late on appointment day, please contact us at your first convenience. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, we may have to ask you to reschedule. We regret any disappointment or inconvenience that this may cause.

For appointment cancellations, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice prior to canceling. While we understand that situations arise and we will do everything we can to accommodate you in both canceling and rescheduling your appointment, a No Show Fee of $50 may apply if you are unable to give sufficient notice.

Your insurance co-payment, deductibles, account balance, and financial portion amount will be collected at the time of the appointment. Aside from insurance and CareCredit Healthcare Financing, we also accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
